Prompt psychological assistance for all participants in the educational process
About the project. This initiative aimed at supporting educators who are faced with stress, anxiety, burnout, and other psychological problems; within the framework of the project, created two curriculums and a site with a selection of educational and methodical resources, tools, and articles on psychological training for educators. We issued 327 certificates confirming the qualifications of the participants. 12 trainings were conducted under two training programs for teachers in psychological self-help and students. 768 teachers received certificates.
One of the critical tasks was popularizing methods of strengthening psychological resilience. The main toolkit is conducting psychological self-help training for teachers, which helps them cope with stress, improve communication with students and parents, maintain emotional stability, and increase work productivity. We are preparing to launch a catalog platform with a selection of scientific and evidence-based methods, educational and methodological materials, resources, and tools for psychological training for educators and the formation of psychological resilience skills in all participants of the educational process.
Goal. Create a psychological portal for teachers. Strength the psychological resilience of teachers. Provide free, accessible consultations and support to educators in solving psychological problems caused by war and other factors.

Development of psychological Persistence teachers, apprentices, and displaced persons by the war
Program of professional development for educators.
About the project. The project is implemented under two programs: conducting training in psychological self-help for teachers according to the EMDR protocol for work with traumatized children and supervision of group work with children and parents according to the “Children and War” protocol. 947 teachers received certificates in various training programs on psychological self-help and helping children.
Goal. Provide effective methods to help educators cope with stress and work through their psychological injuries. Improve psychological self-help skills. To raise awareness and provide practical advice for working with traumatized children. To prepare educational and methodological materials that will help them maintain emotional health and work effectively with sensitive topics and affected children.

Training program “Psychosocial Support for Educators”
About the project. 60 hours (2 ECTS credits), seven days of training aimed at raising awareness of mental health issues and developing skills for providing psychosocial support to children, adolescents, and their parents/guardians, particularly during times of war.
The program consists of 6 modules:
- The mental health of children and adolescents
- Teacher-student interaction in cases of mental health challenges
- Teacher-student interaction in crises
- Teacher-parent exchange for children facing challenges
- Stress resilience in the educational space
- Mental health of children and adolescents in wartime conditions
Goal. To provide psychologists and teachers with techniques and tools for initial psychological assistance, support strategies, information on how children and adolescents respond to traumatic events, teacher-student interaction in crises, self-help methods in stressful situations, and more.
